Help don't know what's wrong with my chickens foot

Please take a look. I washed it this morning and put neyosporin on it .

Would this be a severe case of bumble foot?

I thought bumble foot happens on the bottom of the foot?

Bumblefoot can happen anywhere on feet/toes.

I took my chicken to the vet and she has a dislocated Bone she gave her pain med and an antibiotic Teresa is doing much better.
