Help! Don't know what's wrong!

One of my Rhode Island hens started acting weird a few days ago and I have no idea why!
She's a five year old, maybe six-seven pound hen, and she just suddenly started being plain weird.
Her head sways quite a bit when she looks around, and currently, she can't walk.
If she tries to stand, she falls forwards onto her face and has to scooch to get back up.
She's obviously trying to eat and drink still, and I separated her and gave her her own box and everything, also took care of a slight bit of scaly mites on her legs, but I don't know what to do!
I've checked her out, felt her legs, her neck (which she stretches out and droops towards the ground when I touch it) and basically just all around to try to figure it out.
I've looked down her mouth even, and the wasn't anything there!
Can anyone tell me what this might be?
I don't have any way to take a picture or video her, because I most certainly would.

It's sounds like it could be caused from a vitamin deficiency. Has she been vaccinated against Mareks? I'm not sure the exact dosage but you can give her polyvisol ( liquid baby vitamins), the gel out of vitamin E capsules, and selenium. If you look at some threads on wryneck/crookneck I'm sure you'll find the dosage.

She sounds a bit like she could have gotten injured causing wry neck symptoms. Wry neck is also caused by certain diseases and vitamin E/selenium deficiency. Wry neck causes a drooping or twisted neck, imbalance, sometimes running in circles or backward.
Another possibility is botulism from eating dead animal remains or rotted vegetation. Mold or lead poisoning can also be some things to consider. Dehydration may cause the same types of symptoms, so make sure that she is getting plenty to eat and drink, keep her cool, and try some vitamins and electrolytes (such as SaveAChick or Durvet) in her water.

I'm pretty sure she had something wrong with her, because she was the second chicken I've had like this.
Both just quit eating and drinking and didn't move for anything other than to breathe.
She was eventually just sitting in her water bowl.
Both of them, unfortunately, weren't vaccinated against Marek's, and I did consider that, but with the neck issues, it didn't seem likely.
Weirdly enough, this one got the same issue of one before several months after the other one, so I'm not sure if it's something they ate, or something I might possibly have given them??
Could it be caused by moldy feed?
