Hey guys so a couple days ago (Wednesday) today being Saturday, there was a hawk in the yard watching my birds, my drakes all jumped their fence to protect the girls and now my one boy has an injured leg. He won’t walk on it or put pressure on it though he will put it down to balance himself but then picks it back up again.
When he lays down he kind of puts it behind him and scrunches it, I’ve had him in the house for the day as I found out he was hurt last night but he only seems to be getting worse, I’ve let him float in the tub 3 times throughout the day to get the weight off of it but I don’t even know what the problem is, there doesn’t seem to be swelling but it is warm.
When he tries to walk he doesn’t use that foot at all he just hops on the other one.
Today he’s been hissing at us if we get near him which he’s never done before and he’s constantly vibrating as if he’s cold. I’m not sure what to do or how to help him.
