I haven’t seen any signs of life but the veining is still there but receding. I have an internal pip on one of my other eggs!How is the egg looking like today? Tomorrow is day 21!! I have eggs hatching tomorrow too (or at least I’m hoping they hatch)
I'd wait to open the egg until the others hatch...just in case he is still alive and is absorbing slowly.I have two more eggs. One is externally pipped, the other has no pips.
...and opening too early can make it bleed out!My advice is to sit on your hands and let nature take its course. You won't be able to fix anything by opening up a bad egg.

I dropped one recently... I think I dropped it on hatch day.
I named it Crunchy... Poor thing's shell was all crunchy but he made it.
