Congrats on helping your babies!!!! I am pulling for you to have a successful hatch! I'll add my 2 cents in case it helps... although QJ is already doing a fantastic job.
Warm wet qtips are your best friend right now. Work qtip between outer and inner membrane to separate. Then carefully cut off pieces of outer membrane with cuticle scissors. Then work wet qtip between baby and inner membrane and rub membrane back and forth. It will moisten and loosen and you can gently remove it. Most likely babies will be shrinkwrapped inside all of egg so it will need help to hatch out. Try to keep bottom half of shell on baby and then place baby into a soap dish on a damp paper towel so that baby cannot push shell off until you can see yolk sac absorbed.
