Help Duck has foamy eyes and is separating himself

My drake that I got from a freind last year, has been getting really dry skin and beak, his eyes started to get foamy and he has been separting himself from the flock. I separated him and gave him food and water deep enough to submerge his head in. Does anybody know what's wrong or how to help him. I took pictures

To me it looks like he is being abused by other drakes in the flock.

Just an update, after I separated Lenard from the flock, in a cage with food and water deep enough to submerge his head, the dark skin on his neck fell off and looks normal now, and in that area he is starting to grow feathers again and his eyes are clearing up
