HELP! duck has started to hatch upside down!

My muscovy ducks are due tomorrow but one has already started. The problem is that he's started at the thin side of the egg (bottom of egg) and I'm very worried! Do you think he'll be ok hatching himself or does he need any help?

You may want to make sure he has access to oxygen but other than that he should hatch
