It's likely not contagious, how big are the pellets? Are they for ducklings?

Ive trying to give her foods and more water but she refuses to eat. There is a spot to escape from heat and the light turns off when to hot. I also currently have her close to me so she’s not with the other chicks as I don’t want anything to spread if it is contagious.

I agree, I'm doutbful this is contagious. When did her trouble walking start? Was she always a bit disabled, even as a hatchling? What feed is she on?

That's very severe gasping, if she's definitely not too hot then its concerning. Do you have any VetRX, or could you get some? It's a treatment that works a bit like Vicks but for ducks, helps them to breathe a bit easier if in respiratory distress.

If she won't eat, then she may need to be force fed. Or at least, she may need treatments syringe fed directly into her mouth.
Before you make any decisions, I'm going to call in some people who are more knowledgeable than me.
They may have a better idea of what is going on, and what you can try.

i would not force her to eat. Especially if she isn't able to hold up her head she may choke. same with water if you have a dropper you could try tiny drops of sugar water but give her time to swallow before trying again.

Would it be worth using the dropper to also give her vitamins, such as B complex, or nutri drench? (If OP can get those)

With her tongue the way it is in the picture could she have swallowed something that is keeping her from breathing properly? Is she having trouble breathing?

You could get Poultry Nutri drench and Liquid B Complex at TSC and give tiny drops right inside her bill again let her swallow after each drip,. Unless she is having problems breathing

I had to step away from my phone for a little bit and while that happened she ended up having a seizure and passed away right after. I don’t know why she became like this. She was a happy baby the night before and we found her like this when we woke. The food they had had the Niacin they needed. We Checked her mouth and gullet and nothing seemed to be choking her. We named her Poppy and we are sad that she passed like this but thank you to everyone that tried to help even for a short while.
