Help! Duckling bleeding!

I usually don’t help my ducklings or chicks hatch, but this duck was zipping and then stopped! It had been hours since any movement! On top of that, the duckling was zipping in the middle of the egg. I pulled back part of the shell and membrane, and now it is bleeding! What should I do?!?
