Hello, my duckling was in his box where I usually keep him, this time I took the lid off because I was changing his food and water, I stood up and went to grab my water bottle which was a few steps away from the table. All of a sudden the duckling jumped out of the box wanting to follow me and landed on the floor on his side. I picked him up and I noticed that he was "limping", I don't know how to really describe it, when walking he walks perfectly fine with one leg but he just steps way faster with the other leg just to quickly switch to the good leg since the injured one hurts. Let me describe it better, he is walking the same way as when one of our legs is tired and hurts so we avoid putting pressure on it by stepping with it and then fastly switching to the other leg and stepping with that one. I have touched his leg and I don't feel any breaks, I've noticed that when I lift up his wing he lets out a noise, but when I feel the wing it's perfectly fine and not broken. I get no reactions when I touch his leg, only when I touch his wing. He just lets out one squeak when I gently lift up the wing, and when I continue to gently move it after the squeak to figure out where it hurts he just doesn't make any noise and goes back to sleep. I'm very worried, he just lies down and sleeps, when I give him food he grabs it but than gives up and doesn't swallow it, he just shakes it off. He isn't weak at all, I can't take him to a vet because covid is pretty bad here, I just want to know if this is deadly or not. Thank you for your time
