HELP! Duckling can't bend leg

My duckling had a hard time hatching, she was not able to hold her hear up or walk. After 24 hours of no improvement I decided to mover her to the brooder with the only other surviving duckling. It seems to have helped as she is starting to hold her head up and is snuggling with the healthy duckling. I have been giving her sips of vitamin water also. She still is not able to bend her one leg. Poor thing tries so hard to move but gets flipped over on her back. Any advice if any on how to help correct her leg is much appreciated, she is a fighter!

Honestly I haven't tried to because I was afraid of hurting her

I was able to bend it. I didn't do it too far so I didn't hurt her. How would I splint it?
