Yes, the wetness I felt was the open pip. I didn't expect it.

I understand now. LOL, that was confusing huh??? LOL...Yes, the wetness I felt was the open pip. I didn't expect it.
there's NO REASON TO CRY, you have FIVE, FIVE Perfectly Hatched out BABIEs, That's amazing Imagine Lossing 11,I just feel awful. I also have a runt baby. It hatched on it's own today, but it's WAY smaller than all the rest and gets weak easily. I'm feeding it grow gel + B to make sure it get s the nutrients it needs. His name is Sampson. He and Deliliah hatched today. Geez, I 'm crying like a baby!
FAILED? how is it a failed?? technically you started out with 10 correct, you lost 4 so your hatching rate is at 60% and they had some traveling involved right? Didn't you pick them up or have to pick them up. So your at 60% with traveling eggs. WOW. how's that a FAILED? you already got 50% out. These are eggs given to me from another BYC fan in Michigan. She gave me 10 Rouen/Runner eggs. One had a crack and died after 1 week. I received it like that, so I don't take the blame. I also don't blame her, eggs get cracks, it's life. 2 more I threw away last week as they started turning dark colors and began to smell. That's when I almost threw Nemo away as well because of all that clear fluid and clots I saw. But, I saw movement. Now I have to call her and tell her how I have failed.
I'm so upset and feel so guilty!
Thank you. She lives about 40 minutes from me. I haven't told her yet, but I will. The last one never externally pipped, so I made an air hole. Just after I tried to save Nemo and he died. I said I wouldn't give up on this last one. I opened the shell a little just in the air cell area. I saw a ton of veins when I wettened the membrane, so I put it right back and didn't touch it again. Now it's sitting in the bator, and chirping and breathing fine. It's just not ready yet.
