Help duckling lethargic has wry neck as well

Thank you very much. This is all new to me. She was part of a school project and she hatched late with wry neck so have been trying to find all kinds of Info and.its been hit or miss. I appreciate the egg suggestion. Now how do I fix them?? Just scramble Like normally? Water them down? I assume crush the B as I have been and just cut the E and add it as well.? I have been sliding some down the side of her beak today seeing as she has been so tired but , she ate crumbles and water tonight on her own so I was hoping.... but she's just so tired.... I hope I haven't done anything I aut not... any further suggestions... since she did cough up some things?

Do you have a picture of wry neck? I got 3 ducks yesterday from Tractor Supply. One looked like a Mallard the other two totally black w/black feet. The little black duckling seemed odd. He'd stand in the middle of the makeshift broader & just look around. He was extremely thirsty. They are 2 days old. The little black one just died. I don't know what happened to him. What did I do wrong? Is it common for this to happen?

Hopefully adding scrambled egg along with the b complex and E will get the needed selenium into her. Don't you love it when they want to snuggle.
Are you giving your new little ones the b complex too? they need the extra niacin also.

It is supposed to but we have seen many ducklings still have a niacin deficiency maybe they just don't assimilate it but whatever the reason we encourage anyone with new ducklings to add Nutritional yeast to their duckling's feed for at least the first 10-12 weeks. And if they are having problems like this little one then it's liquid B complex and also the E for wry neck. The eggs are great for all ducklings it is packed with nutrients. [great source of selenium.
I am sorry you lost one of your duckling It may have been the little one didn't get anything to drink could have been dehydration. [TSC isn't the best place to care for their poultry] Some anyway. Poor little one. I'd def start the others on Nutritional yeast 1 Tab per cup of feed and scramble them some eggs. When I lost 2 of my little runner ducklings to what the hatchery called shipping stress I was in a panic trying to find out how to save the last 2 that is when I started feeding them scrambled eggs every morning and boy did they turn around and start doing well. I also used poultry Nutri Drench in the water and they got the Nutritional yeast on their feed.

You can add a touch of honey to her eggs to make it taste better.
If she is drinking water you can also mix it into water
The combo of the E and the egg together helps

She is pooping. Watery tho. Same.color as what shw drinks. So green for the herb tea or orangey of u give her the b complex in liquid...

Poor thing. I think it might be best to keep her where she can see everyone and vise versa but let her have her own space.

Do you have a smell dish you can use for her ?mix up 4 cups of water and 1mil b complex. Then just fill up
The dish should last you a few days I would keep her separate from them for a little bit as they may run her over.
Dollar store has those little plastic containers for condiments that would work great for her deep enough to clean her nares but small enough she can’t fit in to drown.
I’m going on 3 weeks of feeding and watering my little one every 2-3 hours.
I started holding him in my hands going back and forth to feed / water. Once he could stand I could put a hand on each side of him now he thinks he can run when he still can’t walk much lol
That’s why I still feed him as I need to make sure he is eating and drinking properly
End of week One mine was walking and able ti get himself up if he fell on one side then we lost it all to nothing
His growth spurt sent us backwards
But we are again moving forward
Mine has a curve in his neck bone and his bone went to the side of his neck not the back
His crop sat on his right side beside his neck. Vet told me there was no hope to fix that. I don’t give up that easy and started him with therapy with my guy who works on my back and neck. 2 treatments and his back bone is now straight up to his neck and his crop is now down below his neck in the front
He still has a slight curve but it’s getting better.
Have you bought the vitamins poly vi sol ( without iron )
They are for infants. They have much of what they need a few drops on the side of beak or in his mouth if he takes it

Miss Lydia she didn't make it through Friday night. It is with a heavy heart... we are having a rough weekend. She gave us great joy the 2 weeks we had her.... I've never had such a deep feeling for such a small animal... thanks for all your advise and support...
