Help!! Duckling losing feathers!!!

I have 8 2 week old baby ducklings. 1 of them has progressively been losi g feathers. What will cause this?? I have checked for mites and saw none. Its not being attacked. and none of the others or losing their feathers. Its so bad now there is no feathers on the side of his face and is ear holes are completely exposed.. (These pics are from about 4-5 days old. Its worse now. Ill send updated pics as soon as I can. )

Hi there, are you sure none of the ducklings aren’t chewing on this little one? I have no idea what this could be especially the feathers missing around it’s ears. Let’s see if we can get @Isaac 0 and @casportpony to take a look.

Could you post a full picture of your setup? Are they being housed with any other fowl, how often do they get to bathe?

The head and wing is perplexing. Must be rubbing on something?

I had some going bald under the neck and realized they were reaching over the side of a shallow plastic pan that I had put their waterer in, trying to avoid some of the wet mess. Where they were reaching over it, instead of climbing in, they were rubbing their necks raw. I put a wash cloth under the waterer and draped it over the edge, cured the problem.

Could you post a full picture of your setup? Are they being housed with any other fowl, how often do they get to bathe?

They get to bathe every day. We sectioned off one of the pens and thats where they sleep. During the day the roam the entire pen. St least 3 times a day we like to let them out and wonder around. I spend hours with them and never bullying or fights between any of them. I also added pics of him from this morning to show you the progression.
