Help! Duckling panting all day!

Our 3 week old duckling started quacking a day ago. Today she started panting/open mouth breathing all day long. She has electrolyte/vitamin water, plain water, Purina Flock Raiser with added nutritional yeast, ambient temperature is 71 and under her heat plate is 80. We caught her eating the pine bedding and have removed it and have her on towels. Could she possibly have something stuck?

I’d put some chick grit in a bowl close to their feed. They will use it as needed but if she did swallow some the chick grit will help break it down. How is she this morning?

She is up and moving today so far. Eating and drinking well. I did hear her making the noise she was making when she was panting yesterday. But maybe it’s just her honk?

Could be mine Runner duckling started making a light honking sound about that age.
