Is it warm where you are located??
I'd put its bottom back in the shell-half, and put it somewhere warm, on soft cloth, or in a deep bowl with paper towels lining the bottom. Don't rip what is still attached. Soon you will be able to snip it, but wait a few hours if possible. It should draw in fairly quickly, but it needs to be separated from the others to avoid ripping it loose, and it needs to be kept clean to avoid infection.

If you have already returned her to mama duck it might be best to just leave them undisturbed and wait.
You don't want the yolk sack to get ruptured or too dirty.
If you think you can get to her safely you can put a clean paper towel in a cup and just sit her somewhere warm like under a lamp or something. Just be careful not to cook her.
It should finish absorbing in a few hours.

I'm just worried when she goes in to get it if mama duck would get upset and end up stepping on it. Since she has already put it back? :hmm
