Uh.. some more help lol.
So I noticed I couldn't find his butt although I THOUGHT I did. But then I realized what I thought was the naval (unless it is and I'm blind) is his butt..?

(I dunno why he spread his legs like that.. he kept kicking me before lol)
Here are some blurry pictures if it helps:

It looks to be at the part where his butt should be. My mom said he pooped on the paper towels in the cup today so she switched them out.
Hes been acting fine besides that. It's pretty hard and poking out, looks to be dark brown to black. Not sure what to do and IF it is his butt.
If it is, would I wet it to soften it and gently try to get it off?

That should be his belly button
His vent will be closer to the end of the tail just down from the button
That plug should fall off on its own I. A few days
Once it does you can start giving baby baths
Only a few inches high so he can still stand up but enough he can swim too
Warm water and only 5-10 mins tops
Then dry with paper towel as it absorbs the water best then put him in with his heat
Bang will start to preen and get his oils going
I always start my baby’s in baths once a day at day 3

Oh I was thinking it couldn't be his behind because it's looked like that since hes hatched!

AH that was so difficult! I didn't think it'd be that hard to find his butt! It was covered by all of his fluff, hes so fluffy! His vent is all good thank god because it'd be so hard to find it again to help get any poo or goo off!
Hopefully when his a little bigger it'll be easier to find because for Newt I had to get dried poop off her vent quite a few times! I'm going to introduce him to some food now since hes been drinking more.

Is it fine to give him normal water now? Hes still been drinking sugar water since I didn't know how long to give it to him.

Yes normal water now
Some give sugar water to get baby going
I myself have never needed to ( knock on wood ) but now that baby is alert and moving about regular water will be just fine

I just switched him to normal water and offered him some food, he ate it right away but seemed to have a small problem swallowing it.
I'll wait a little bit and see if he gets used to it but if it's still a bit difficult for him, I'll make it more soupy-er so it's easy on him until his a bit bigger.

Make sure to leave food and water out 24/7 for him
