Bless your heart! I applaud you for trying to gets these ducks. Really ticks me off about authorities sometimes. Don’t want to get involved unless situation fits their criteria. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I gave them some feed and they were coming out a little. No way for me to grab them though. The tunnel is on upper right corner.

My mother was helping me but she’s not able to balance on the grate like I am. The only place we can stand is the five inches of cement around it and the rest is water.

The firefighters said that they can get out via the street storm drains but I don’t know if they can jump that high.
