My neighbors couldn’t care less tbh. They’ve saw me out there all day and haven’t bothered to help. Im going to try to take off my grate again with my mother if the street side doesn’t work out.

Yeah, that water doesn’t look that safe for them either. How strong are you? I’d definitely try to open it back up. Maybe try to get a ramp type thing or something to try to help them up.

My husband just looked up on web about authorities rescuing ducks from storm drains. There is no reason why you are not getting help. I would call the news channels. Get them over to where you are! See what happens!
