Help! Ducks have pipped internally but not externally after 24 hours!

Really pleased for you; it's only 4 weeks ago I was in same boat as you - and I've been smiling since :)

I'd free the next few days up so you can enjoy them as much as possible; win them over with worms now and you'll have little lapdogs before you know it!
 
Makes things a lot easier when mum trusts you, though don't expect mother of the year once she's off the nest with them!
I think the friendlier and more secure the mum - the less they worry about the babies past the first couple of days. Mine still worries in her own way but it's not obvious to look at sometimes!
 
We've got five out now. The other two have their beaks out the hole, but nothing else yet, lol. One is completely yellow, it must be one of my kc's eggs. Same mallard donor though, lol. Time shall tell.

OMG, that's a lot of babies.. LOL I believe I told you to tell her to STOP. you just didn't listen. LOL now I don't want to here you complain about all those little fuzz balls running around, looking so cute and precious and jumping in the air trying to catch mosquitos and making holes in the yard etc.... LOL
