HELP! DUCK'S WING LOOKS WEIRD

Has anyone seen this on their ducks' wings before? My duck, Webster, has this on one wing.

They are. It almost looks like her feathers tried to grow back.

I wonder if they are feather cysts. I have no experience with them, but you might do a search on the forum and see if there's any information.
