HELP!! DYING CHICK?

A black little chick came out, and it has now been 4 days. Day 1 was a little rough as expected, he hatched a 9pm that night. He was doing just fine until a couple hours ago, his eyes are now closed and he can't stand up straight. Just last night he was running around after us. We put him back into the incubator because it's warmer in there and we haven't had the chance to get a heat lamp
He now isn't chirping anymore and when he tries to stand he kind of pushes on one leg and therefore has no balance and when I set him down in the incubator he doesn't lay on his belly. He just seems overall very weak and I think he's dying
I fed him a little bit of sugar water and he drank a little! he seems stronger and can stand up better than a couple of minutes ago. his eyes were still closed when i fed him water. Is he just tired?

I would try to get him hydrated.
Have you seen him poop?
Some photos?

The incubator may be warmer, but I would try to get him into a "brooder". Do you have a heating pad that doesn't shut off? You can use that as your heat source. 4 day old chick, I would aim for 90-95 F
Once he's drinking/hydrated, then offer a bit of wet feed. Do you have chick starter?

You can make a heating pad "cave" to put him under. You can find ideas here:

Hello! Thank you so much. I currently have a brooder with a red lamp but I'm waiting for it to get a little warmer. I gave him a little sugar water and he's now doing much better. His poop seemed just fine a couple of hours ago but I'm not sure if he has pooped even more recently. Thank you for the lovely ideas, I'll be sure to check them out!! Much love!

I hope he continues to improve! Keep us posted.

Hello!! Just a quick update. I gave him some sugar water and mixed a little cornflour paste for him to eat. He has become much more alert and can stand now. Not sure if he can walk again, but I'll let him rest a little more and then we might give it a go tomorrow. I checked his navel and butt and I think both are fine. I'll likely look into finding his some chick friends if the other eggs I have don't hatch was well as fixing up his brooder ASAP. Thank you all so so much for your help! I was truly freaking out and you guys have been so useful. Much love and stay safe during these quarantine days!

Do you have chick starter? Try offering some of that wet- make it fairly mushy.
