Crowing
I have a chick we bought yesterday so just a couple days old, that is trying to die on me! Is there any ideas you all can share to try and save it?

Unfortunately it did die shortly after I posted this. I would still love to hear tips on saving them. This is my fourth time raising chicks. My first batch two years ago I lost two. I didn’t lose any on my second and third batch. The hatchery I have been buying from picks them out but they did look all healthy and lively when we got them home yesterday. It happened pretty quick for this chick. I’ll get some nutri drench to have on hand! Can you provide more information?
Was the chick lethargic when you picked it out?
Did all the rest of the chicks appear vigorous?
Did you get others?
There could be dozens of issues that make the chick weak.
Every time I need therapeutic care for chicks, I use poultry Nutri-Drench.
