HELP! Dying chicken??

Sorry about your sick pullet. Check her crop to see if it is empty, full, firm or puffy like a balloon. I would watch her walk around this morning, and offer food to see how her balance is and how her legs are working. Look at the wings for drooping. Check her skin under her vent for any crawling bugs. Tell us what her droppings look like, and pictures are helpful. To check for egg bound, insert a finger inside her vent one inch to feel for a hard shell. Soft or shell-less eggs can be hard to pass. Imbalance can be a sign of Mareks disease, or dehydration. Check her eye. Rarely Mareks can cause that symptom if nothing appears wrong with the eye. I would offer some fluids, wet chick food, some chopped egg or tuna. Poultry NutriDrench 1-2 ml daily would be excellent for electrolytes and vitamins.

Did the pics come through? I thought I posted them but I can’t find them now

I agree. Is there anything we can do? I seem to remember seeing something about when an egg ruptures inside, the outlook is bleak.

She’s pretty listless but has been drinking water if we guide her to it

The cooked egg material can be common with internal laying and egg yolk peritonitis. If the egg breaks inside the egg tract, it looks more like a broken egg, with yolk and albumen and possibly a membrane in the dropping.

Is that bad? What do we do?

Unfortunately I have lost a few older hens that way. Internal laying is a very common disorder in hens, and many eventually die from it. The only way to know for sure what was going on is to perform a necropsy after they die.
