If that's what it takes, then YES!!!
Just feed him some kaytee solution and you'll see the difference for yourself. I also found a quail chick last year and he could not walk or anything. One night I fed him kaytee solution and the next morning he was running wild.

I'm sorry for your loss. You might want to get some Save-a-chick or Nutri-drench to have around in case of future emergency. I keep some and Blu-kote around for first aid puposes.

The one I had also didn't make it due to some internal disease on his leg. If he was a rescue bird then I can totally understand your loss. Hope you feel better. Have a great day
