I came out to the coop and my Easter Egger was wheezing. Her crop does not appear to be impacted but it feels firm.

Video below

That sort of noisy breathing is called stridor and is often caused by some food getting stuck in the throat and should go away on its own within a day or so. If it doesn't get better I'd check her mouth and throat for any signs of mucus, lesions, or other blockages.

Thank you all for your help and replies.

We returned her to the flock and the sound almost stopped shortly after. She is still doing it, but it is quieter and less often.

While inside, we noticed the noise seemed less when she had her head down. It is definitely respiratory, and the sound is coming from her throat/trachea.

Have been periodically checked the coop cam (inside the coop) and all is quiet. Hoping the night makes all the difference.

Thank you all, again. Will update tomorrow, but not until the afternoon.
