I'm thinking vent prolapse and the other hens picked at it? Perhaps it wasn't bad and it went back in. May take a while for the bleeding to stop.

thanks... I can't post a video.... I may be able to get pics... bleeding seems moderate... And white poop is running out.

so.. I soaked, felt for egg, and she is drying now... It looks like minor prolapse now that I can really see.... What should I do???

She is still bleeding from the inside
