Help! Egg in incubator went bad 4 days before hatch and other eggs still growing

Update: Egg number 2 hatched yesterday morning. Quite tiny, but seems healthy thus far. Have them on Hydro hen as soon as they got to brooder. Had to snatch the first hatches out of the incubator while the second one just finished hatching. It was pecking at it while it was hatching, then as soon as it was out and opened its eyes first chick decided to try and peck its eyeballs. Figured that was a good indicator that it was starving lol. Got it in the brooder and it ate and drank almost instantly. Was only in there 24 hrs, so since the second one was even smaller, I didnt wait as long to get it to the brooder.
