Help egg not zipping

Hi first time hatching chickens and first time on here. I have an egg that's pipped over 16 hours ago and rather then zipping it's just making the hole bigger and doesnt seem to be moving around just keeps pecking at the same place wondering if I should help it a little or just leave it to it please

Thank you I was planning to leave it atleast 24 hours but just wanted advice just incase

After 24 hours the chick is out. This egg hatching is scary stuff lol
