HELP!!! Egg pecking!!!

So we have 22 birdies, and we've gotten an egg or two a day for a few days now...but the last 2 eggs were PECKED!!

Just enough to break the shell, but no eating. Just a peck-hole in the shell.

HELP! How do I stop it? How can I make them behave!?!?!??

ETA: I just saw today's pecked egg. She didn't even break that film inside the egg, so she's not tasting anything....yet...

Are you sure it's a peck mark? I thought my birds were pecking their eggs last year until I saw one accidentally step on one egg and leave the mark I had assumed were peck marks. The mark was left by the hens toenails as they popped through the shell.
