Help! Egg stuck to bum

I noticed this morning that the egg shell was stuck and hanging out. I tried to gently pull it but it was hurting her and so I stopped. She keeps trying to poo it out but it hurts her and she keeps gasping.
Is there anything I can do? Hopefully the pictures help.
