HELP!!! Egg turner not working!

I have an LG turner in my Genesis, and it works just fine. There are too many eggs in there to turn by hand, really.

If yours was new, you should surely take it back and get another one.

I wasn't new. The bator and turner were given to me by my boyfriend's boss. Her husband used to raise...some kind of bird. I can't remember what they were right now. She says she has another one she will give us as soon as she finds it.
