Help! Egg yolk not fully absorbed and starting to bleed!

This is pics from last night. I seriously expected to find a dead duckling this morning.

I woke up this morning to this!

I was so surprised and happy. I've kept antibiotic ointment on him and made sure he drank water with save-a-chick. This morning he was eating and drinking on his own. I made him some scrambled eggs and he loved them. Thanks for the advice and hopefully this little duckling continues to do better.
