HELP-eggs in Brinsea mini advance not turning

Your disk should be turning if you have it set correctly and the disk is in the correct way (see detail above) Do you have your eggs marked?

Hi- My disk seems to be positioned properly. I have one empty hole (only have 6 eggs) and it's position does not seem to move at all. I have been hand turning them. I am going to mark them and see if there is any movement. The display is showing "turning" with the rotating "/" symbol. Maybe it is defective?
