Depending upon how far back the damaged beak , it may regrow and be functional. (like fingernails,even when cut too short). Main thing is to keep others from pecking the beak. If the tongue is undamaged, an eyedropper can be used to give drops of water and wet mash, but let the chicks have it by drops and swallow esch bit, rather than tube feed such a young chick, or give more than it can swallow at a time. Choking will likely be the end of it. Whether to .dispatch the chick depends upon you==(and keets and chicks are not considered a good combination)......GOOD Luck
