HELP!!! Fan went our of bator!!!!

My homemade bator has a shelf in it so I went to wal-mart and got a 4 inch table fan and fastened to that shelf so it is blowing off the bulbs about where the other fan was. The temp is back to 99.5 but I am having trouble with the humidity. HOPEFULLY everything will go OK.

Humidity is to help regulate the size of the air cell as the chick develops. IMO Fluctuating humidity is not a concern like fluctuating temps are.
