Yes they should be ok for a while. Did you raise your humidity for the eggs that are hatching? You might need to help it out if it was to dry in there it could be sticky. But for now I would wrap it and see if you can find its beak.
If you wet a qtip you can dab softly a little warm water on the membrane so it will look clear again. I was just trying to figure out if it had pipped the membrane but just not the egg. When I helped a chick out I only did it when the membrane around where it had piped the membrane you could tell had no more blood in it. Not much help here.
