Help! Feathers getting plucked? Or desease?

Help one of my buffs is not looking so good, this happened since yesterday! Other chickens were packing at her too, is this pecking order stuff? Should I try and wash her up? Should I stick her back with the others or keep her out somehow? They have pleanty of space theres multiple feeders and water. Just recently switched thier food from a medicated starter to a non medicated starter (it was all the feed store had in) View attachment 1841894

Can you lift those feathers up and see if there are any wounds?

Thanks! This is a double post cant figure out a way to delete it? Chick has already been washed as it was poop and looks good (other than missing some feathers).
