Hi! i have a adult male coturnix quail. hes very noisy since he lives alone so i got it a female quail.
i got the female from a friend, but the problem is that the female is much bigger than the male
(the male has wry neck)
i put the 2 quails together, and the male quail tries to mate, but the female is too big for him. so now the male keeps on trying to mate with the female and the female is obviously very annoyed and pecks the male. the male then makes a yelping sound and tries to run away from the female.
what should i do??
