I need help I don’t know what to do

So 6 1/2 years ago, I got two ducks a male and female. My female was murdered by a raccoon. A local guy sells ducks let’s just say most of them sell during Thanksgiving time. So I bought two female ducks from him for our male duck. back About 2 years ago one female duck died. Tuesday we came home and unfortunately, our male duck had passed away. So here’s where the big dilemma comes in we have one female duck left. She doesn’t really like people because she was an adult duck from the wild when we brought her here for our male as a companion. We honestly didn’t think that she would outlived our Clark. We go in the pen with her and feed her, but she wants nothing to do with us. I’ve put up unbreakable mirrors so she has companions in a sense. She just doesn’t seem happy and I’m lost on what to do please help.

She may warm up to you over some time if she is lonely and you continue to visit her several times a day. I don’t know much about ducks, but @Miss Lydia may have more to suggest. It can get complicated when mixing young ones and older ones.

Look on craigslist in your area for ducks. Someone might be going through the same thing and need their duck(s) to go to a good home
