I just had two of my nine eggs hatch four are still pipping. One of the chicks is healthy and the other one still has some slimy stuff on its wings. Should I take it out of the incubator and clean it off?

At this point in the game it appears that your hatch is right on schedule. I would not recommend opening the incubator until the other eggs have hatched. A little goop never hurt a chick, but many have been lost to low humidity - 'shrink wrapping'. Good luck with the rest of your hatch.

I would wait before opening your incubator if most are still trying to hatch. If the 2nd is a little slimy you don't want to risk shrink wrapping the rest.
