**HELP**First Time A&m Hatcher On Day 21 No Pips

Our humidity is high in the bator 40 up to 60 for the first 21 days, however, we have had a 100% hatch rate with EE's with this rate.
We have the A/C on 24/7 and the incubators are in the house.
We got 10 qual hatched out of 18. We killed 2 by opening them, 4 where chicks that did not pip, 1 piped but did not zip and 1 did not develop.
I have my 3rd set of A&M quail in the hatcher and I'm at day 22.
I'm wondering if they aren't crossed with a quail that takes 23-24 days. Got them at a swap meet.

Do quails interbreed like that? The only way would be if they bred with a bobwhite? I was under the impression that the coturnix are too tame to really intermingle safely with other quail.

The chickens might do well at that humidity, but the quail really like it a bit higher. Although 10/18 isn't bad for this time of year. I can't recall: were they shipped eggs?

No, I collected them from my own hens.
We put them in the bator as soon as a tray is full.
