Hi everyone! So I started with 5 fertilized runner eggs in my still air incubator. It’s homemade but I’ve kept the temp and humidity within appropriate parameters. We lost 1 at 20 days. Our 2nd was due to hatch yesterday. I noticed some dark spots and lines on the shell. No pipping no nothing....this morning I came down to check & there was a bad smell, and candling showed it was dead. I removed it from the incubator. I put it in a ziploc and tapped the egg- the shell gave way very easily but the membrane was intact and was whitish in appearance. Any advice so I have better chances for the remaining 3? Thanks!
