Help! First time hatching 7 eggs. I think one has stopped developing?

Hi,
It is my first time hatching. We have 7 eggs and all were going strong until recently. I just candled at day 10 and 1 appears to have stopped developing (maybe recent) and is not moving. It might have a vertical blood ring. I am so new to this I am unsure. It is definitely not moving like the others though.

Do you all think it is done and I should take it out?

Yea I’m sorry I’m gonna say that’s a blood ring if it was alive it’s should be moving like the others are if they were all put in at the same time.
