Help! first time hatching!

Yeah, right now my one female is nesting and she is hilarious to watch!!! She doesn't stop quacking and I am surprised she hasn't kicked out the other females eggs yet, I think she likes the fact of being a mother!!

my first of 14 came out last Saturday and all were out by Monday

IT"S TIME. swim children SWIM..

Ok yeah, a couple of inches because their oils on their future feathers haven't produced yet and could possibly drown them

One week is good, this gives them enough time to produce there own oils.

Yea I remember! I've never hatched before so wasn't sure on how early I could get these little ones in the water

If your looking that the pic of there website with the eggs in upright position, those are chicken eggs. But good point I think I will confirm this.
