Help! first time hatching!

Ok!! Does that help with the humidity?
Washing hands? No, washing hands will keep your bacteria off of the eggs.

Thanks! I hope that it will help me! It is only day 6 and I went To touch the eggs and they could be hand warmers they were so hot!! If it is my females first clutch ever do you think hey will have a good chance at hatching? And I live in Wisconsin and I am worried that the humidity is happening at all. So any suggestions?

I thought I had already advise you on this stuff? Your best bet is to leave that mamma alone and let her do her thing. She's got this...

The incubator is a mamma duck first timer though, best thing is to not disturb her. Your gonna bother her to much and she's gonna quit on you., keep track of the days and one week before hatching day then and only then you should be checking on her, right now there's nothing to do. You have the best incubator money can buy..,lol

But it's going to break if you keep bothering her, just hang tight, you have a long ways to go before worrying about any issues right now...

Ok I will try my best to not bother her!! It is adorable my 2 females are both sharing the nest to keep the eggs warm when one of them isn't broody!! I think she just wants to be by her sister the whole day!

SO your saying you have the best TWO incubators money can buy HAHAHAHHA

Yea pretty much! Tonight I am candling the eggs today because it is day 8! Should I post pics tonight when I do it?

I also have two ducks sharing one nest. Candled all 20 eggs last week and tossed the one clear. Gonna check them again in the next few days.
