Help!!!Flock is sick!

Hello everyone!
I am at a lost to what to do!I have three chickens that are sick.Two Of then have watery swallow eyes.The third sounds extremely congested and has a swallen face.I don’t know what to do!I have went ahead and pulled the three chickens out of the flock and cleaned and sanitized the feeder and waterer.I have 8 more chickens in the coop I pulled the sick chickens out of.Is there anything I can do for the sick chickens and is there anything I can do for the rest of the flock?

P.S if it helps the weather has been up and down sooo much where I live one day it’s sunny and 75 the next day it’s rainy and 52.

Can you get some antibiotic powder from your vet? Sulfadimethoxine

I don’t even know of any poultry vets near or around me!

I think you can get that powder from any vet, poultry or otherwise.
