Help!!!Flock is sick!

Ok so I found antibiotics for my chickens and they are separated out of the flock but more of the flock is catching it so I think I was to late on getting them out.So my question is should I put the three sick chickens back with their flock since there are others that are coming down with it and give the whole flock antibiotics?and if so when should I sanitize the coop while everyone is on the antibiotics or wait?im so frustrated and confused on what to do!this is my first time having to deal with something like this!

I'd put them back together and medicate them all. After the antibiotics are done then I'd take them out and clean the coop. Then I'd give them some probiotics for a few days in their water to build up their gut health. I use Rooster booster.

Most respiratory diseases come from a carrier, and those diseases are never cured. It would be best to get a diagnosis, since they could have MG, coryza, ILT, or possibly infectious bronchitis. Antibiotics are only effective against MG or coryza. The others are caused by viruses. Sulfa antibiotics may be better for treating coryza symptoms, and other antibiotics such as Tylosin and a couple of others may treat MG. Most of those are prescription only. Some you might find online, but the right one should be used. You should close your flock to birds coming in, being hatched, or from selling or rehoming, since it will spread to other’s flock. MG can pass through hatching eggs. Many people handle diseases by culling sick birds, getting a necropsy by the state vet to find out what it is. Have you recently added any new birds to your flock?
Here is a good link about common diseases to read, including the ones mentioned above:
