Should I do anything with the pus blister on the chicken foot?

Any ideas on what to do with chicken foot???
There are the three issues - the pus bubble, the scab and the leg mites... besides treating the leg mites by suffocating them with oil, what should I do to the scab and "blister"? And should I treat the scab/blister before the leg mites?!

If it's infected I would open it up. Epson salts and blue kote. I am sorry I'm not much help. I wonder if epson salt would help drown the mites ad well

I believe Miss Lydia helped her chicken with the clear iodine method, not cutting.
