Should we hold our meetings at Kentucky Fried or a Feed store?

My DH is as bad or worse than me. I just wanted chickens, he is wild to get all different kinds and ducks and geese. He's why we went from 3 chickens to 23 chickens, 5 ducks and an order of turkeys for next spring. Three coops, 2 brooders and a turkey coop in the process. He needs the intervention.

we could alternate, between feed store and kfc... kfc being held during dinner hours of course

How about when your neighbors start calling you "the chicken lady"!? Geez I only have 16 right now........ and I've only had them for 3 weeks. But it is good to know that others hang out with thier babies too. At least I am not the only one in the family with the addiction, my 8 year old son wanted to sleep with them the first night they went into the coop!

Boy, I only have 7 hens and 6 chicks, and I'm not keeping all the chicks! My husband says "No More Chickens!" I smile and say "Ok

" then I ask him if I can get a silkie chick and he says yes... She's currently in with the other chicks

I am definitely addicted! I just love my girls!!

I'll join you guys at the feed store!

at the moment im known as the cat-lady..lol i like cats. but i give it a few weeks before my friends start calling me chicken-lady, or chicken girl, or Ms. Hen lol

My husband asked me that very thing, what are you gonna do with all those chickens? I just replied, have fun and enjoy them!!!
